Phoenix
Used in British ales, bitter, extra special bitter and porter. The rarest of British hops, Progress is likely to become extinct. It was introduced in the mid-1960s as a wilt-free Fuggles replacement. Has a pungent, fruity aroma and is slightly sweeter than Fuggles.
