Unbalanced
Weak and sweet. Very, very, very sweet, with nothing to balance it. Needs to be hopped up and needs a yeast that will ferment more of the maltiness. A soapy beer. Geoff: “It's the kind of beer that you want to add salt and pepper.” Lisa: “A ladies' beer.”
