Inspired by the heat and freshness of Indochine flavours and the high-citrus intensity of American hops , Death from Above combines mango, Vietnamese mint, lime and chilli with Centennial, Amarillo and Citra hops. The result is intense but the name is misleading. This is a beer of balance rather than conflict, with bitter-sweet heat and citrus character. I love the smell of myrcene in the morning.
