Yeasty. Straw-coloured. Typical wheat beer bubblegum flavour. Clingy, finely beaded, foamy, soapy head that covers the surface thinly; like the backwash from a wave at the beach. Fruity. Classy from start to finish - the label, the shape of the bottle, the artwork on the label and, most importantly, the beer.
